4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Great professors, caring, compassionate, and eager to help students learn

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: I am not exactly sure of the value of the degree let me graduate and see if it works. :)

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I am looking into trying to find another school to enroll in as the classes may not be accepted by other schools. They are expensive and the books are not included in tuition. Some of the books are very expensive and I had to search months in advance for used books.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The fees have went up for the classes and books are not included.

Overall Experience: Walden University is an open field of choices in which each student creates a path to their personal goals or vision. The learning is up to the student, the coursework is challenging and rigorous, and the degrees must be earned. WU is an excellent example of how an online, for-profit institution uses the business and academic model well.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: WU offers a variety of career services, most of which are personalized with real-time telephone and email communication, as well as webinars and networking information to optimize each student's education, knowledge, training, and personal vision.

Online Courses: I love being in an online course. It allows me the freedom to get my work done when I am not working full time. The workload is sometimes a little tough but can be done.

College Junior

Career Services: Not at this level just yet.

College Junior

Campus Resources: This is an online school.

3 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The schools tuition is as expected. The financial aid process is going well. However, I am almost at my loan limits and find that I need to figure something else out to make this goal.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: I haven't had any problems so far with either the courses or the professors.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: The value of a degree from my school is very important to me and my career. Without a Bachelor's degree, I would not be able to go further in my career.

Academic Flexibility: My experience with my school has been good.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: Just a general major. The school did not offer a major in my career choice for advance degrees

Overall Experience: Overall, I will be happy if I get to finish the degree, I feel I have learned alot in the process, however at times I have felt like I have missed out on some things that i would have had if it were a local university. I have not been able to get into volunteering or internships since my degree doesn't require it. Since it is not a local college, there is no real affiliation with organizations to allow me that opportunity. The biggest negative is the cost, I am out of funds and have seven classes to go. I am an A-B student and have taken pride in my GPA, I am a little frustrated that I have come this far and don't have the resources to finish. If I had known back at the beginning that the program I chose didn't really afford me the opportunity I was looking for in a career, I wouldn't have had to change majors two times, causing me to be in this situation. In this way I think it is a weakness on the part of advising, and myself. I love the convenience of the online and the 6 week courses, not a fan of the costs.

Student Body: I had to work on a group project a couple of times and have met people that I feel I could talk to and kept in touch with.
