It is not necessarily bad, but if you are acquainted with technological financial services, it can be very confusing.
If you can follow instructions and get your stuff in on time you'll be perfectly fine.

From what I've heard it's a very annoying process. Especially since nothing is done online. You have to walk to many different offices to get everything done.
