Student Body: my school consist of people who have had really bad challenges in line and just wanted to change the outlook on the way that they want their life to go. We all come from different backgrounds and one thing that unites us is that we all see a need in ourselves to be different want to improve our children a better quality of life let them know that they are things out there that they can achieve if they just put their minds to it. Courage each other we support each other we look out for each other in fact we are truly a family there at Virginia College.

Campus Resources: There are programs for back to school, the different cultural festivals that go on in our state, there are the special needs golf tournaments that we offer. We are constantly giving back to the community as well as encourage students to be on the student advisory board, be student president etc. We have dress crazy days all to support our students frame of mind to keep them happy healthy and striving to be better.

Career Services: Although they are in the classes encouraging students to get help along the way while they are in school the only downfall I see is that the night students do not have ample opportunity to get a job disclosure sheet on the outside of the office because the day students take them all. If they can post online we would be grateful.

Tuition & Financial Aid: This school is committed to seeing its student excellent in every area of education. Not only are the classes the right size but there are activities that mirror major college student involvement to pep rallies to bake sales to help he homeless. The times of the classes are flexible to allow me to work, spend time with my family and get a top notch quality education.

Campus Resources: There really ain't much to offer in this section. The food area have 3 vending machines and a microwave. That's about it. Granted, the mall is right next door, so we can walk over there to get food at the food court, but that's a little inconvenient because we only have a 30 min lunch break

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: They apply it to real world experiences. The teachers are from departments that the course is related to which helps alot

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: I would love more hands on work. sitting and hearing a lecture is fine sometimes but there isn't enough lab work in the lab classes. I also wish there was a way to recognize outstanding teachers because there are some that go above and beyond their job to make sure we get it.

3 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: I enjoy the program though I wish there was more opportunity for tutoring. I also wish there were more activities to do through the school that could be put on our resume.

3 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The education I am getting at Virginia College is a little costly for the Medical Assistant program, but that is okay for now until I can get what I really want. As far as financial aid goes, I'm getting that, but it is not enough to cover all my tuition. I am still paying out of my pocket.

4 College Junior

Career Services: The career center has helped me tremendously in preparing resumes and setting up mock interviews.
