3 College Freshman

Scholarships: I did get a hefty amount of financial aid, but I feel that I deserved more since my family's financial status is considerably lower than the majority population at Valparaiso University.

4 College Freshman

Scholarships: My scholarships were fantastic; I am very thankful. Tips: Apply early and work hard in high school! If you do both of those things, Valpo will most likely give you a generous scholarship.

2 College Junior

Scholarships: It is at times hard to communicate with the office of financial aid, but once you get through, they can help you out at a medial level.

1 College Student

Scholarships: The financial aid constantly gave me problems. My parents had to make countless of trips to the university so I can remain in school. They really do not supply you with information on financial aid so you are basically confused when it comes to the whole financial aid process.

2 College Freshman

Scholarships: I struggled to get additional scholarships, if you don't have what the government or school considers "financial need," then you are out of luck, even if your school is over $40k a year.
