Off-Campus Housing: I do not live off campus and have relatively no experience with off campus housing

College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: The first almost year at VSU I lived off campus about a mile from school. Due to many personal and financial reasons I moved back home with my parents, which is about twenty minutes from campus. I have been with them since, and it is much easier to help them with the bills, etc.

Off-Campus Housing: I don't live off-campus. I can say that their are several options and location to the University for the most part is fantastic. It ranges from town house style to apartment complexes and even to houses. For the most part they are nice little communities and pretty sweet. The landlords do tend to prefer to rent to girls as they are less troublesome than male tenants.

Off-Campus Housing: It's alright, public buses are limited the farther from campus you get. Most everyone drives.

Off-Campus Housing: I like that most of the apartments were inclusive meaning no bills has to be paid. this is convenient for college students to only pay a flat rate. There is a lot of off campus housing on and near campus so students are able to walk to class. those that are father provide a shuttle every hour to campus.
