Guys & Girls: People really don't care about the whole relationship stuff, what you wear to class isn't so important either, for social life most of us work, some have families and have school so social life isn't always a priority

Overall Experience: I'm really glad I decided to attend this school the staff is very hands on and if you need anything they are willing to help you out. Going to a night school is the best I can still work my normal shifts at work and get a degree at the same time.

Off-Campus Dining: It's madison so their are lots of places you can choose from. I am not aware of any places that give you a discount since your a student. The prices do range but most place are very affordable and worth it.

Campus Strictness: Attendance is very strict at the college I attend. If you miss so many classes the professor can kick drop you from the class. It doesn't bother me one bit, are classes are only 8 weeks long so if you miss a class you are missing alot of information so if you make it a habit it's only going to affect you.

Campus Dining: The school I attend does not have a lunch room available for us. The only thing we have are a few vending machines in the break room. Their is a microwave their so if u want real food you have to bring your own food or go out to eat since the options are slim

Majors: Most internships that I've had have been unpaid and ranged from 25-30 hours a week. I had an internship for Watertown Family Center and Big Brothers Big Sisters. At these internships I worked with kids and their families, ran programs/workshops, mentored a boy, helped out with grants, did report writing, did basic office work, and a major part of my work was preparing for fundraising events.

Majors: I had no problems at all getting into the program I am in now. I applied and within in a few days they had contacted me and helped me get started on my journey here. The staff has been very helpful and always their if i needed and kind of help or assistance.

Athletics: At the campus I attend their are no sport teams. We do have a few clubs but that's about it. At my location we don't have the sports but the main campus in Iowa does have a sports teams

College Senior

Greek Life: I don't have any fraternities or sororities at the school I attend. Also not aware if we have any greek students attending this college.

Off-Campus Housing: I commute to school and live and home so I don't have the need to have my own place near school. I am aware that there are plenty or apartments/housing near my school though.

Health & Safety: I go to a smaller school and most people are usually in groups. When we go on breaks some people will go outside while others grab food from the break room. At night when we are leaving for class there is a security officer watching to make sure their is no danger. I normally walk in a group at night when class is over but feel safe walking by myself.

Local Atmosphere: There's not much to do in Fayette, Iowa, but students at UIU make up for it by creating our own fun! We spend time at local restaurants, bars, and movie theatres. UIU also puts on many activities around campus!

4 College Senior

Facilities: We have many places on campus for different activities. We have an enormous student center, complete with a variety of games and activities. We also have beautiful landscaping and lots of outdoor space for activities.

4 College Senior

Facilities: We have the best advisors and professors who make an effort to get to know each student. Students are extremely welcoming and friendly.

3 College Senior

Off-Campus Dining: Lots of pizza joints and sports bars. The food is inexpensive and delicious!

4 College Senior

Diversity: We have tons of diversity on campus, including students from all over the world. Different religions, sexual orientations, and economic backgrounds are respected at UIU.

Campus Housing: There is new suite-style housing available and it is very nice, but it is noticeable that construction was rushed and cheaper products were used.

Off-Campus Dining: Not too many places to choose from, but the food is good. Closest McDonald's is 20min away.

Computers: Lots of computers can be found on campus, only problem is that the printers break often.

3 College Freshman

Scholarships: The schools isn't that quick when deciding on financial aid.

3 College Freshman

Parking: On -campus parking is affordable and there are always spots open somewhere.

2 College Freshman

Transportation: There isn't much of a transportation service since the campus is really small.
