Facilities: A lot of buildings are new or renovated and they are usually clean and well kept. The student center is great and there are a lot of places to study.

3 Recent Alumnus

Campus Housing: They are old buildings but they are kept pretty clean. They are also on the outskirts of the campus so it can be a far walk depending on where you need to go.

3 Recent Alumnus

Health & Safety: There have been a few assults on campus but none were too serious and there are plenty of campus police officers that patrol the campus.

3 Recent Alumnus

Majors: I was paid very well and had to work full time. You are expected to work like any other employee. You are required to have one to graduate but the school does not really help you find one. You also have to pay to take your internship.

3 Recent Alumnus

Majors: There are no processes to get into the Construction Management major. If its what you want to do you can do it.

3 Recent Alumnus

Athletics: The football team is fun to watch and a very good. There are a lot of intramurals and clubs available.

3 Recent Alumnus

Off-Campus Dining: Typical fast food chains with a few small diners. There is enough not to be repetitive.

4 Recent Alumnus

Nightlife: There are great bars to go to that have a lot of drink specials throughout the week. There is usually always something going on downtown.

4 Recent Alumnus

Local Atmosphere: There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from and shopping is close by. There are two movie theaters and lots of scenery to see.

4 Recent Alumnus

Academics: Classes are great and there are great professors there and the workload is not too over bearing. The facilities are all pretty modern and most majors require an internship to graduate.

4 Recent Alumnus

Academics: There are plenty of majors to choose from and the professors are all extremely helpful and have the knowledge to help you. Registration is easy to complete. The curriculum is laid out clearly for your major as well.

3 Recent Alumnus

Diversity: There is not a lot of diversity but people are usually accepted.

3 Recent Alumnus

Campus Dining: It is some of the better campus food that I have had and there is a large variety of places to eat.

4 Recent Alumnus

Off-Campus Housing: Lots of places close to campus but a lot are shoddy.

3 Recent Alumnus

Greek Life: Lots of frat houses they throw a lot of parties.

3 Recent Alumnus

Guys & Girls: Not that many girls there but there are a few hot ones and there are lots of guys. Lots of rednecks and country folk.s

Guys & Girls: Everyone I have met is very nice and fun to be around.

Overall Experience: I have only visited a few times, but so far, so good. I like it enough that I will be going to school there. I have a feeling it will be a very good fit for me.

College Student

Overall Experience: I am just starting my college career, so I am not the best person to answer this question.

3 College Student

Facilities: The areas I have been to are mostly nice areas.

3 College Student

Campus Housing: I have not spent much time on campus yet, but from what I have experienced the dorms are average to small and have the main things students need. The housing costs are probably a little lower than some areas which is good, but they seem a little smaller too.

3 College Student

Diversity: From what I have experienced, the campus seems to be about average in terms of diversity.

College Student

Scholarships: I just got admitted so I am behind in the financial aid process.

College Student

Nightlife: I am 18 and cannot go into the bars so my party scene will be limited.

4 College Student

Athletics: UW Platteville has very good sports teams, and I am looking forward to supporting them.
