4 College Freshman

Transportation: We have buses that take us directly to the mall in Appleton.

3 College Sophomore

Transportation: I rated that it's okay because I am unaware of the public transportation because I don't use it. When I need to go home on the weekends, my parents will come and get me or I will carpool with a friend. I do see some students using public transportation buses at times.

College Sophomore

Transportation: I've always had my car on campus, so I had no need for any sort of transportation.

2 College Sophomore

Transportation: There is little to no parking on campus, and so it is hard to have a car here. The problem with the bus system is that the routes are long so a 20 minute trip by car would be an hour on a bus. You don't need a car however. Ask the people from your area if they are bringing a car and work out car pool that way. It is really easy since most Wisconsin areas are largely represented here. If you are an out of state person, make friends fast, or bring a car. If mom and dad don't mind driving to get you, you shouldn't worry about it. Parking costs are low compared to most schools.

4 College Freshman

Transportation: Since the UW-Oshkosh campus is so compact there is no need for a campus shuttle. However, there is great public transportation offered for students on campus if they need to get around town. I have never personally used the bus, but I always see it picking up and dropping of students on campus.
