2 College Freshman

Drug Safety: Oshkosh is known as SLOSHkosh. I think that says it all.

2 College Sophomore

Drug Safety: University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh, also known as "Sloshkosh", to the big partiers out there, is a very popular drinking campus. There are some students that drink at least 5 times a week. I haven't really been peer pressured to drink. I don't get peer pressured often, but I've seen it happen to some of my friends. Those friends I have noticed their grades have dropped and all they are doing now is drinking and not caring about their academics. In the residence halls, there is a lot of drinking enforcement. I see many dorms and suites get busted every weekend because of loud noise and people getting ready to go out and party. Other than that, there are a lot of dedicated students here who are just motivated to keep their grades up rather than focus on the social scene and partying.

2 College Senior

Drug Safety: From what I have read in police reports and from what I have seen on Facebook is that Oshkosh is pretty well known for drugs.

3 College Junior

Drug Safety: I dont hear much about drugs, but I'm sure people are doing them

2 College Sophomore

Drug Safety: Well we are nick named Sloshkosh so that attracts the party-ers. We do have some problems with marijuana, but not many. The University Police are very prevalent, and the Hall Staffs are vigil and attentive so people are busted frequently. Friday nights are loud, and it's Wisconsin so there are plenty of bars nearby. A lot of partying does occur so if that's your thing just don't be an idiot and you'll be in heaven.
