3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: Since there are so many people that go to UW there is obviously a lot of aid to be given out--to students that deserve it of course. UW does this thing where it gives you a lot of aid your incoming freshmen year which is a big excitement and you feel like you don't have to really worry to much about paying for school and keep your academics up. However, unless you contribute to the campus in some way or do something really amazing and get 4.0's all year the aid given out the following years is slim to none. It is very frustrating because even tho sometimes you get good grades but not necessarily the Deans List and show up everyday to class while others slack off that is not rewarded whatsoever.

2 College Freshman

Scholarships: I got ZERO aid from this school. I am a minority, first college-goer student with great grades and I got nothing. Wasn't even offered a school loan.
