College Sophomore

Scholarships: I have not applied for financial aid

2 College Junior

Scholarships: I think it's annoying that financial aid is only based off of the FAFSA; this means that families that are deemed stable enough don't get any aid, when in reality, they are the ones that need the aid the most. And the maximum amount of financial aid from the school is pitiful: it's only $400 a semester! That's enough to buy two books...

3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: I am trying to find more scholarships although many of the seem to be mainly for the medical students, where I am a communications student.

3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: The summer financial aid was a hassle for me because I had to apply for a student loan. The school kept asking me for more information and I had to keep going to the financial aid office. It was a little easier for the fall and spring because i had most of my tuition payed off by a scholarship and pell grants.

Scholarships: The financial aid line is always a hassle and when you get there, they don't give you too much assistance other than looking at the information on the website. I had to ask my friend who worked in Admissions to clarify some questions for me. But I'm sure working at that window all day is a headache, so they expect you to be more self-sufficient.
