Overall, my experience at the University of Utah has been incredible. The campus environment is always lively, and there never ceases to be an activity, or pop up set up on campus. The professors are all very caring and are clearly driven to provide the best education possible. The benefits provided for students are endless, and I have had a great experience adapting to college life. There are plenty of resources for all situations, whether it be mental health struggles, academic concerns, career interests, etc. Their inclusion actions are impressive, and I feel extremely welcomed and safe on campus. The university is obviously concerned with the details, and it is noticeable in all aspects of the school. I wouldn’t choose a different university if I had the decision to transfer.
I love everything about the University of Utah! I've had some great teachers who are understanding and care about their students. I also had a couple who aren't the best at teaching. There is so much to offer at the U....clubs, sports, events, etc. I have enjoyed my time there thus far and am looking forward to the next 3 years there!
I love the University of Utah. The location is absolutely beautiful with so much nature close by to enjoy all year round. I lived on campus for a semester and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I made so many friends just because we were living in the same building. There is always something going on and there's always people to hang out with. The hardest thing about living on campus for me was the dining halls. I felt like there weren't enough healthy food options and that I was eating really poorly while I was there. Living off campus has also been a good experience for me, other than finding parking on campus is really difficult, so public transport is sometimes a better option. Thankfully the local buses and trains are free to students!
