4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: For someone who is planning on moving off campus next year, the housing around campus is fantastic (it just depends on what area of campus you choose to live by). Houses are small but affordable and quaint. Apartments leave a little more to be desired but if you're willing to travel a little ways then the quality of the complexes go up considerably.

3 College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: The school is in a slightly rough part of town if you go a few blocks north, but everything else near the school is decently priced (especially if you share with a housemate or two).

College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I do not live off-campus, nor do I intend to, so unfortunately I'm not the person to ask about off-campus housing.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: The neighborhoods are a bit sketch though

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: The living is easy to find. Most places have reasonable prices for living and are never too far from campus. Even if a person lived further out from the city, it would take less than 20 minutes to get to school. Traffic isn't busy that often, and navigation is fairly simple.
