4 College Junior

Athletics: Football is our main sport at TU. Most students participate in the games. However, the other sports on campus are great as well, but they don't get as much attention as football does.

3 College Senior

Athletics: The majority of TU's fan base is about 60 years old... Even when the teams do well, many students don't come out to support unless there's something in it for them.

3 College Freshman

Athletics: I love going to football and basketball games. I just wish more people felt the same way I did. I think supporting fellow students who are participating in Division I athletics is important and just courteous, and we're not bad most of the time. But most students on campus would rather study all the time or just laze around in the dorms instead of walking two or three minutes (depending on whether you live in Fisher South or elsewhere) to Chapman Stadium or the Reynolds Center. If we're really really good, then student attendance will pick up. But if not, it's mediocre at best. Luckily our athletics program has a ton of wealthy elderly donors that pay out the wazoo to keep our facilities and scholarships top-notch. You'll see a ton of older people at games because of that. School spirit is so-so.

3 College Freshman

Athletics: No school spirit involved with varsity sports
