Local Atmosphere: The local atmosphere really takes a while to get accustomed to. The area immediately surrounding the campus has limited activity and is actually a very dangerous part but a little further into the major part of the city as a lot more to do. However, the sites are really only a one-time attraction.

Greek Life: The Greek atmosphere is really nonexistent on campus. There are no major rushing problems and Non-Greeks and Greeks are not very segregated. The only problem comes from boastful individuals.

3 College Student

Majors: There are almost no challenges to get into the program of my desire. The admission process was very simple.

2 College Student

Majors: The specific program is a great way to directly achieve the highest degree for the career of choice. However, it doesn't give students the freedom to explore other options because of such a tightly packed schedule and mandatory classes that students must take each semester.

4 College Student

Computers: There is wireless internet everywhere on campus, including the dorms. Technical support are very helpful and printing costs are reasonable. The only problem is that there are very few computer labs, and because most of the available time is occupied by classes it is hard to use computers at any time.

Off-Campus Dining: Off campus dining choices are very limited because the location of the university is so far from the diverse community. Only certain courses are offered and even then, the prices are too expensive to be affordable for college level students.

2 College Student

Diversity: The campus is very segregated, no necessarily based on sexual orientation or religion but more on social interactions. For example, students that choose not to attend parties are looked down upon or known as "prudes" because of their lack of desire in the presence of alcohol. The social circle in which they can make friends are very limited, which leads to limited socializing and experience.

3 College Student

Campus Strictness: The amount of rules and regulations is understandable to keep students in check, but it gives no freedom to the students who are trying to experience college life. It inflicts unnecessary fear to the students.

2 College Student

Off-Campus Housing: Much of the housing off campus is very run down. Because students are desperate to finding housing off campus, much of the quality is poor. It is also very difficult to leave campus as a first or second year.

1 College Student

Scholarships: Trying to find any assistance for financial aid was difficult because most staff members did not understand the confusion that first year college students may have regarding tuition. Students were immediately dismissed without a clear understanding of what to look for and had to be repeatedly reviewed in order to obtain a simple request.

4 College Student

Transportation: Public transportation is well managed and although transits are difficult to understand, the resources provided allow first time users to adapt to it.

3 College Student

Academics: The program is great but it doesn't think of its students in regards to the level of knowledge they know. Rather, it's only based on trying to achieve a certain GPA in order to move on.

2 College Student

Nightlife: Despite being in a college atmosphere, regulations of being a dry campus is very strict. Although some students cross the line, responsible ones are penalized for just being curious growing youths.

3 College Student

Nightlife: I dont really know. I just go for an education and to get my degree.

3 College Student

Local Atmosphere: The atmosphere in the city is fine. There is things you can do off campus.

3 College Student

Weather: Cold during winter, warm during spring. Typical weather.

3 College Student

Health & Safety: Campus security is around so you feel safe around campus.

3 College Student

Diversity: All races are accepted as well as religion and sexual orientation

3 College Student

Scholarships: I got as much as I expected but I could use more.

3 College Student

Greek Life: I dont really know because I did not live a Greek life

3 College Student

Athletics: Athletics is not a big thing at this college and there few teams.

2 College Student

Transportation: Gas is expensive around the area. Parking is hard to find

2 College Student

Off-Campus Dining: Their is not much healthy alternatives. The food is a bit expensive. Basically all food carts.

3 College Student

Off-Campus Housing: University of the Sciences has ads about off-campus housing. Most students look for roommates and put up their own ad. Costs can vary.

3 College Freshman

Parking: We are in a city so parking is prone to be a little difficult to find, but if you know where to look you shouldn't have a problem.
