4 College Sophomore

Facilities: Student life on campus has been easy-going and well. There is everything a student needs to succeed in college.

2 College Sophomore

Facilities: It's really old, needs a lot of renovating

2 College Sophomore

Facilities: It's really old, needs a lot of renovating and the students are taking too much money out of their pockets to pay for their things

3 College Junior

Facilities: Add college students, we need some down time to relax and hang out with friends. Our game room is a shame to its name. There needs to be more effort to create a more fun filled experience when students are looking to kill some time between classes. I know we have the money to do it, let's get it done.

3 College Junior

Facilities: Our wellness center is decent, but as a school that had moved up in division and is constantly growing, we need a bigger facility. Plus, we don't have many campus events, and if wet do, they are not very well advertised.

For the most part, UIW's facilities may not be huge, but they do come well equipped with all the necessary resources students may need. The J.E. & L.E. Mabee Library, for instance, has great resources adequate for student research. Aside from books, it also has a large collection of videos available in DVD or VHS. The library also houses various computers and printers for those students who wish to do online research, and students and faculty can stop by Finnegan's Coffee Shoppe to pick up a Starbucks coffee to drink while they work.

The Wellness Center is very adequately equipped for students, faculty, and non-UIW affiliated people who pay for a membership to use the facilities. The Wellness Center provides exercise machines, weights, and an indoor basketball court, as well as classrooms for those who take a wellness class. Several group exercise classes are held in the center, such as cycling, yoga, and the popular Zumba, among others.

The Marian Student Center is usually a busy place, since many events take place in the Marian Ballroom, and the cafeteria is located inside Marian as well. Many students will go to the student center to watch TV, study,  possibly take a nap, or simply just hang out.
