The variety of restaurants in D.C. is practically limitless. Almost every country and ethnicity is represented on the menus of restaurants both close to campus and in the D.C. metro area. Popular areas to eat are Friendship Heights, U Street, Georgetown, Cleveland Park, Adams Morgan, Silver Springs, Alexandra, Georgia Avenue, and downtown D.C.
A great place to get seafood is the Maine Avenue Fish Market in SW. There are other restaurants to choose from that overlook the Potomac River. Besides the great food, dining out is nice because of the decor or the history of the establishments.
