There are no traditional dorms or on-campus housing at the University of the District of Columbia, but there is a new off-campus option for UDC students called Archstone Van Ness. Even though this complex is off campus and is not owned by UDC, the University has a relationship with Archstone, and in order to live there, students must fill out a housing application from the Office of Residence Life.
It costs $4,200 a semester to live in Archstone Van Ness, and the complex has great amenities like a doorman, fitness center, and an Olympic-sized pool. In order to live here, UDC students need to fill out a FAFSA form, housing application, and health form. To access these forms or for more information, visit www.udc.edu/housing.
