4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: Housing is very expensive near the school. However, I can find cheaper house far from the school.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: As long as you have roommates. The rent is pretty high near the school and parking is awful. Don't own a car if you come to the UArts in Philly.

Off-Campus Housing: You have to do alot of research yourself, but the school has some seminars.

Off-Campus Housing: Because you are in a city, there is no limit to off campus housing though it can be quite pricy. That being said, it is no more expensive than living in the dorms and since you are only guaranteed a place in the dorms freshman year, most students live off campus.

Off-Campus Housing: Philadelphia has an abundance of apartments of all sizes and prices- easy enough to share space and rent with a few friends. There are many buildings virtually on campus, as the dorms are apartments themselves and neighboring these "off campus" apartments. There are also many choices nearby or farther away. There is certainly something out there for every student who chooses to live out of the dorms.
