Drug Safety: I do not live on campus or see any problems with drugs or alcohol since I am a non traditional student.

Drug Safety: Wide use; no strict enforcement

Drug Safety: There are two campuses the USM the Groham campus is isolated and more fore underage kids. The portland campus has no dormatory life. Most people live off campus, but there are drugs and alcohol at every school in america. Its just a fact.

Drug Safety: there are a few wet dorms, but there aren't a lot of 21 year old students on campus so finding drugs and alcohol isn't the easiest.

Drug Safety: I mean we are now a smoke free campus, but you still smell the weed on students, see them smoking cigarettes, and the beer cans tossed in the bushes from time to time
