4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Including meal plans and rent, the 12 month lease with the off campus apartments are cheaper or same price then the 9 month on campus leases.

Off-Campus Housing: I'm about to move into an apartment near campus, and it's looking like it will be a great place to live.

Off-Campus Housing: Unless you go to the Grove, the Edge, or Campus Quarters (which are all pretty nice, but a little bit more expensive than a dorm room), the housing pickings close to campus are pretty slim. Some cost less than a dorm room and are relatively close to campus, (they're even fully furnished) but they look kind of shady. When you get about ten minutes off campus is when you start seeing the nicer apartments and stuff. My boyfriend will be living in an apartment next year: a two story, one bedroom townhouse that is only about 20 bucks more than a dorm room if you compared them on a month-to-month basis.

Off-Campus Housing: There are quite a few nice apartments right across the street from campus. They're right up the road from two shopping centers and a few restaurants, making things convenient.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: Off-campus housing is very nice and affordable.
