3 College Junior

Drug Safety: Party Scene – There are very few occasions that you hear of serious drugs being used. Main drug usage would include alcohol and marijuana. The campus is not dry so if you are 21 there are no problems but being that the school is in PA a state law says no minor can be in the presence of alcohol so there could be consequences if caught at a party even if you're not drinking but the police and public safety aren't as strict about that law as the others. If caught underage drinking you can receive a citation with a fine and a notice being sent home, also if you appear extremely intoxicated you could be brought to what they call the "Drunk Tank" which is like a holding cell where you're watched until you sober up. But typically they understand that it is a college campus and students do party. Peer pressure isn't an issue. There are several people I know that go out and don't drink or don't go out and don't drink and they still have a great time
