3 College Junior

Online Courses: I do not like online courses. They require you to post twice on at least 4 out of 7 days in a week. It is a huge inconvenience. I'd rather post everything on one or two days.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: I am not sure if I would choose UOP again. I take pride in the school I go to. UOP offers no Student ID, no outside programs, no extracurricular activities, and is very expensive. I would like to be more involved with my school and students and feel like I am a part of something.

College Junior

Career Services: I am still enrolled so I'm not sure about the post-grad services yet.

2 College Junior

Campus Resources: I never see anything outside of the classroom. I wish there were more campus activites or something that would make me proud of my campus.

3 College Junior

Student Body: The student body at the Utah campus consists of mainly military and LDS students.

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: I had to transfer from the Hawaii campus to the Utah campus and it took half a year to get everything transferred, but they were very accomodating.

1 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition is horrible for a person not in the military. Courses are very expensive. I am a single mother with no family in the state yet I only qualify for less than half of a Pell Grant.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: I haven't seen any interneship/job opportunities while currently being enrolled.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: I do not like online classes which is why I transferred back to campus classes. However, UOP mentioned there are some required courses I need to take that are online only.

3 College Junior

Facilities: I like how there are other classes going on all around you. It would be nice to have to associate with more people

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: There are some things I do not like about to school such as how the final test are done.

3 College Sophomore

Student Body: The school has a good mix of different ethnic groups.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: This school does not have athletic centers or campus activities. I have never used the student center. The online libraries is all right, but can be hard to find what your looking for.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: I have never had a problem with the schools network. I have always used my personal computer and have to been able to the wireless connect.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: Most of curriculum is good. The one thing I do not like is the final test for each class is a online that you take and the end you get a score, but never know what you got wrong.

2 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: Where are some classes that are not available to take at a campus location, they are only available only online. Online does not work for everyone.

3 College Sophomore

Facilities: This is a good school to some one that is working full and has a family because they provider online or classes at a local campus.

3 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: Tuition is high to what for you learn in some of the classes. I have a good experience with the financial aid office.

3 College Sophomore

Career Services: They provide workshop on how write a resume and improve your interview skills. The school host job fairs the help students find jobs in area.

College Senior

Campus Resources: University of Phoenix in my area does not provide any of these services.

3 College Senior

Campus Resources: I have only used the campus computers a few times. Most of the time the intranet system was flawless, but there were a few times that i had to log off a couple of times or even go to another computer. Printing is expensive but most instructors only wanted assignments electronically so printing was not required. The wireless access seemed to work flawlessly. I never had any issues logging into the system.

2 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: University of Phoenix is extremely EXPENSIVE! And the prices go up every year. They stop holding on campus classes and then turn around and charge you more for your class that is only held online.

3 College Senior

Facilities: University of Phoenix has a great online library/resources.

4 College Senior

Student Body: The student body at University of Phoenix is very diverse. Since most of my classes are held online, students are spread across the country. This is great when it comes to diverse topics and interests. This can be a pain when coordination of schedules and meeting times.

3 College Senior

Online Courses: I do not feel that the online discussions can compare to the traditional classroom experience. Most of the time it felt like each student was only trying to meet the discussion question/post requirement for their grade. I feel that actual discussions in the traditional classroom go further in depth and are better in at increasing the knowledge of each student.
