Academic Flexibility: I feel that the tuition should MUCH lower and the financial advisor needs to be up front with students regarding finances

Academic Flexibility: The class/curriculum is very easy once you read/review the syllabus and follow the instruction. However, I'm having issues with financial aid which is very frustrating. My credits were transfer but 20 credits was not accepted by the University.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: I take online classes, so I was afraid that the process would be frustrating and demanding. My enrollment advisor was the best and explained everything in detail. He kept me posted on what was next and then made sure that I understood the process. Once I started attending online classes, it was easy to log in and get started. Most of the teachers are very helpful and make sure that you get what you need. I had an issue with dealing with my financial advisor, it was either I got no response or things were happening with no explanation as to why. The school noticed my frustration when I completed the end of course surveys and made sure that I got everything handled properly from that point forward. As far as transferring credits, it was so easy. I only had one class to transfer over, but I just signed the form and gave it to UoP and everything else was handled by them. I had not worries and they let me know when it was accepted. This was a much easier experience than what I thought and I am very thankful for it.
