Academic Experience: The instructors have been very helpful. They are never more than an email or message away. The response time is normally less than a 24 hour turn around time. The registration process was very easy. Orientation was a breeze. I had an advisor that walked me through the registration process. He was a fellow student who had already experienced what I was going through. I will be receiving my certification in the health care industry for medical billing and medical coding. I am currently pursuing my Associate degree in Healthcare Administration and intend on pursuing my Bachelor's degree.

Academic Experience: The program that I chose is Healthcare Administration. I was assisted by my enrollment counselor (a fellow student) from day one. He informed me of every aspect of my education online with Phoenix.

Academic Experience: The academic advisors have changed SO much but the ones that I've had have been ok.

Academic Experience: There's nothing unique about my major.

Academic Experience: The thing about the academics is that they are what you make of them. You have to work to get your education, especially because the online curriculum requires you to be self-motivated and well disciplined. As I said, the professors can sometimes be terrible, but I have overall had some great experiences. Registration is easy and if you have problems, there's always someone there to help. I have enjoyed extra assistance and materials to add on to what the class required.
