4 College Senior

Overall Experience: I got to create relationships with people who live life a little differently than me.

4 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: If complications arise in my life outside of the classroom some instructors gave me extra time to homework assignments in before the final night of class expired.

College Senior

Career Services: I don't know about the post-grad services I haven't graduated yet!

Tuition & Financial Aid: It's expensive had I known that my school was a sole proprietary school I would have possibly chosen another school to attend that way I wouldn't have been under so many student loans to complete my degree. I have four children and just me attending school for four years I have racked up a decent amount of debt that I am required to pay back.

Facilities: The unique thing about my school is that you get to learn first hand experience from instructors working in the field of study that they are teaching as well as learn the customs of fellow students. Students that study side by side you from a different culture can tell you what business is like in the country that they grew up in, what deems rules of respect that differ from the rules of respect here where you live.

Campus Resources: Of course at the University of Phoenix-Louisville Campus there aren't any athletics the school is more so geared to the training of the mind, students gaining education. However, the student resources are implacable offering the students to gain knowledge from the most recently published articles in business, science, health and etc... The Library consists of all peer reviewed articles from all over the world and some articles or from other students dissertations.

Campus Resources: There is only one printer at the school that the students are allowed to use because the school is trying to ensure that the students get on board with going green. However when it comes to the network reliability it's good all students must sign in to the network using their student ID and password.

Academic Experience: To be in my specific major at my school is the best. Since I've been attending the University of Phoenix I feel like the school is more so geared towards business studies. Whether you're attending for human resources, finance, statistics, or etc... every course is business oriented thus allowing all students to gain second hand knowledge from people living a first hand experience with an everyday work life in the field subject of which they teach.

Academic Experience: University of Phoenix offer a wide variety of courses to it's students. The Professors actually know about the field that they are teaching. Each professor has their own teaching style and some professors when the syllabus calls for the students to give a presentation require you to dress professional as though you are in a business setting and give the presentation like you're presenting information about a company to the CEO of the company. Registration is easy because really all that you do is pick the field of study that you are interested in and your classes are automatically generated for you. If you were interested in Business but more so not to work for anybody but for yourself there is a special Business course for small business and entrepreneurial.

Campus Resources: I like that its one day a week but I dislike the school not having a criminal justice program on campus

Tuition & Financial Aid: The school tuition is reasonable and the financial aid process goes well when you complete all documents and turn them in on time.

Campus Resources: Campus resources works well. Most of the time student's issues are due to issues with personal computers complications. Professors will count you late unless you have a report number from the help desk

Career Services: There is no job placement with this school. However, career coaching is available with help building a résumé.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: The first two years are filled with elective classes. The core classes do not start till the third year. You really do not have a choice of elective classes that you have to take. It would be nice to replace some elective classes with classes that relate to your major.

4 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition is locked in at a given rate. I have a lot of resources that it come with my tuition. Educational Workshops are also provided for students. Tuition advisors are always accessible for information.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: Learning team projects help to improve management skills within each student. Implementing a learning team contract is the first step of creating a successful learning team. The charter helps to identify the role of each member and the requirement that is expected for each member. The charter also identifies the procedures for completing assignments. Learning teams help each member to be organize, implement, and micro-manage responsibility's of the learning team.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: Student resource is really nice. We don't always have assistance but I appreciate having the access to printing materials I need.

3 College Junior

Student Body: Too many students there that are not committed to getting a higher education. Very diverse group of people.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: I wish students were held more accountable for their attendance. Many people are not committed to gaining an education but they are still able to be successful without even attending class because other team members are pulling them through with the team assignments. This is totally uncalled for and it does not set anyone up for success in a business world.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: I am a business major and so far all of my classes have gone very well. I think that a few of the finals have covered things in a way that we did not cover in class. I also believe the workload need to be more balanced. The past few classes I have had over 40 percent of the coursework was in the 5th week.

4 College Senior

Online Courses: When taking online courses it makes it very suitable for people who have busy schedules. You don't have certain times of the day you have to be at school. You can wake up in the morning and do some of your assignments before going to work and then finish them when you get home from work. You may not be in a classroom with other people but I am completely okay with that because I receive enough feedback from my teachers and I am able to chat with any of my classmates whenever I please.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Very Helpful – At University of Phoenix everyone is always so helpful. I am receiving financial aid but it is not covering my entire tuition cost. I am okay with paying for part of my schooling because I know I am getting the education I need. Up until recently I was very confused about my finance situation and didn't understand a thing about it. My finance advisor helped me to understand the whole process and answer all the questions I had for him.

5 College Senior

Student Body: I give our school a A+ on diversity, we get to work with people of all ethic.

3 College Senior

Campus Resources: I give the priting on campus a B+ because most of the time they are up and running. But days like today they are down and will not be fixed until tomorrow!

3 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: I give my school a C+, because after they sign you up for school and start the financial aid process everything else is done over the phone. Paper work that you sign gets lost and most important the people that work in financial aid do not treat you like you matter. It's like they have a job and your job is to do as they say. I do not think the money I am paying for at this school is worth me paying but I don't have anywhere else to go at this time. I give it a C+ because desprite all the bad perks about the school it's only once a week and me being a single mother of three I like only coming once a week.
