Advice on Finding a Job/Internship
The real reason any student chooses to attend a university is to improve their chances at getting a good job. The administration at OU understands that, which is why OU’s Career Service department works hard to give students the training and opportunities they need to secure good jobs. Use the interview training and résumé building classes before attending one of the many job fairs on campus. Most importantly, begin looking for a job as a freshman! Many great internship opportunities are geared toward freshmen, and most students will allow those opportunities to pass by only to regret it later!
