The University does a great job providing all the computer resources students need. All of the residence halls have computer labs equipped with a printer for all the students' homework needs. Wi-Fi is available across campus reliably, although the network speed can be slow, especially in the dorms. The campus computer labs, located in nearly every building, have both PCs and Macs to ensure students are working on a system they are familiar with. The campus computer support is great. The (405) 325-HELP hotline directs calls to IT support, which operates 24 hours a day all year. These technicians available on the hotline can provide remote support on most popular electronics, including iPhones, iPads, Kindles, laptops, and printers, and if they are unable to fix a problem, Couch Tower houses the IT Lab, where students can drop off any malfunctioning electronic for a check-up.
