Most students have a hard time with financial aid process, partially due to the amount of people in the college.
They will try to put any refund you get on a special debit card. You are charged outrageous fees every time you do anything with this card. It's a very transparent scheme to get easy money from naive students that is somehow legal. You are in no way obligated to use this card. Request a check or direct deposit, and you will be fine.
I got the aid that I needed but my biggest complaint is that it is really difficult to nail down a specific cost of attendance.
When it comes to the aid at this school really make sure you get your stuff in on time, apply for a lot of scholarships, and if you are OUT-OF-STATE, like myself, try really hard to receive at least $1000 in a competivie scholarship because it gives you IN-STATE tuition, which helps out a lot.
Apply to many scholarships that you can. I had to take out loans and I didn't want to but I had to.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
