A totally vegan cafeteria!!!! YAYY!!!!!!!!!! I walk in, and I can try everything. Most things are yummy (some do not always look it), and there is always something yummy to eat. It's all-you-can-eat, so you can walk in at breakfast with a good book (or textbooks), enjoy some biscuits with chocolate gravy, strawberries, and breakfast tacos, stay for the early lunch custom fried rice, move on to the grilled veggies at the main lunch hour, polish off the dozens of delicious casseroles and pizzas, and then order a panini. And the desserts just keep coming. Always pasta salads at the salad bar, as well as soup. It may not be a 5-star restaurant, but it's healthy, delicious, varied, and vegan.
The campus has a lot of cafeterias. They all serve good food and a lot of different types. None of them stay open late though. Students can also use their flex dollars at the Union which offers stuff like Chick-fil-a.
The food options are pretty good for being campus food. I love Bruce hall and maple hich have the tastiest foods in my opinion. Most of the time it's filled with great staff and depending on the times you go to eat you can normally fond a spot.. I suggest going to Bruce at 11 and 5 to beat the crowd
