4 College Freshman

Academics: The program for my major, psychology, is exactly what I wanted and was better than I found at most other places. The professors are excellent, the classes aren't too big, and the material is always interesting.

3 College Junior

Academics: I'm a bio major so its a lot of reading and work. So much studying to do.

4 College Freshman

Academics: Professors seem to really care about your academic well being. The library is open 24 hours and there are many computer labs around the campus!

5 College Freshman

Academics: Professors are awesome, the classes are challenging and interesting (for the most part, DANC 1200 is a sham), and there are generally plenty of resources available. Take upper-level classes to unlock the good stuff.

5 College Freshman

Academics: I'm majoring in International Studies with a focus in Development & Humanitarian Aid, and double minoring in Women's Studies and Peace Studies, and am in the Honors College. The programs themselves are awesome, especially the women's studies department. All three cross over and it's really great. However, there are currently not specific advisors for any of these departments, and so the advising is spotty at best. I find it's easiest to just spend some hours with the catalog instead, and professors are really helpful as well. The Honors College provides some awesome opportunities and extra support. The main difference between honors classes and regular classes is the quality of discussion. After a semester and a half, I feel like I have developed a pretty decent support network, and even have a job interview with the Department of Sustainability today for a career-related job, referred by one my professors. The best way to describe it is that it has all the resources of a top-tier school, they're just waiting to be used.
