Off-Campus Housing: I reside at the District on Kernan and overall, it is not a bad place to live at because of all the amenities and the bus that goes to UNF and FSCJ. The management can be difficult to deal with and it may take days to get a problem solved, if you are even able to get a hold of the managers. Rent payments are sometimes complicated and they do make mistakes quite often.

Off-Campus Housing: It's funny how they want to consider "off campus housing" the choices they have currently available. Because they'd look far better off as a university without mention of them.

3 Recent Alumnus

Off-Campus Housing: They are not the nicest apartments in the area; they're old and not upkept. The price isn't bad, but you have to be willing to live with a lot of partying.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: The selections for apartments and such are limited to my knowledge and the price can get kind of high. However, if you can manage the expense and can get in in one of the options nearby it would probably be worth it.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: It would be better to stay on campus
