3 College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: tons of apartments. many are rent by the room, and pretty expensive, but on par for a college area.

4 College Senior

Local Atmosphere: Charlotte is great. Growing, including transportation; light rail is extending to UNCC in a few years.

4 College Senior

Facilities: University is working to change the commuter atmosphere. Beautiful campus, but needs more green space.

4 College Freshman

Athletics: We just got a football team. Their pretty decent as well as the other sports.
A lot of people on campus play intramural sports.

3 College Freshman

Weather: The weather is very bipolar. It may be sunny early in the day but then later cold and rainy.

3 College Freshman

Guys & Girls: It all depends on who you meet and interact with on campus.

5 College Freshman

Diversity: This campus is full of diversity. There is a group of people for everyone. Most people are very friendly.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: I like all of the off campus options. Their relatively close to campus and aren't too expensive.

2 College Freshman

Scholarships: Almost all financial aid and scholarships are need based. If your fasfa doesn't qualify you as a need based student you most likely wont recieve much.

4 College Freshman

Facilities: Life on campus is really what you make it. Most people leave campus on the weekends though.

5 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: There are a lot of options for off campus housing. The prices are reasonable depending on what you want to pay for.

4 College Freshman

Health & Safety: Student health center is very easy to get to. They're pretty fast with their services. The campus is open so anybody can come on campus at any time. I would advise walking in groups at night.

4 College Freshman

Campus Dining: The food is okay. It has its days where it's really good then others when you don't really want to eat there. It really should really have more late night options.

3 College Freshman

Parking: Parking passes cost extremely to much for us to have to drive around in circles looking for parking.

4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: All of the campus housing buildings are well kept up. They're constantly building new buildings. It's a great place to live as long as you follow their policies.

4 College Freshman

Campus Strictness: The campus is strict about alcohol, drug use, and parking. I don't complain about it because it's for our safety. The parking passes are very expensive so i expect them to be strict so that everyone who paid has fair parking privileges.

4 College Freshman

Transportation: We have campus shuttles that take us to all the building around campus as well as to the bus stops on the outskirts of campus.

5 College Freshman

Greek Life: The greeks are very involved on campus. They hold a lot of informative events as well as help throw fun activities for everyone on campus.
