3 College Junior

Campus Dining: Some of the places to eat on campus are alright, but a little too costly for a college student who is already paying a ton of money just to attend the university.

5 College Junior

Local Atmosphere: UNA is centered around a town with a lot of stuff to do. You can go to multiple parks, go hiking, swimming, and even shopping all in one day.

5 College Junior

Overall Experience: The professors are all so kind, I couldn't imagine having any bad ones in my college career.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: A degree from UNA will make it easy for a person to receive a job after graduation.

4 College Junior

Athletics: The football season is very exciting! I love going to the games and seeing the marching band preform.

3 College Junior

Guys & Girls: Most of UNA is composed of people who are involved with the Greek life. It makes it challenging for people like me, who are not into the Greek life, to fit in.

3 College Junior

Scholarships: My parents make too much money to qualify for financial aid, but we desperately need it. My parents have three kids and both work full-time to send me to school. I feel very guilty about the cost of my tuition.

5 College Junior

Majors: The entry into my program has been fairly easy so far with no bumps along the way, I can only hope it continues to be this easy.

5 College Junior

Majors: I love being in the education program! I cannot wait until I start back this Fall.

5 College Junior

Academics: I have loved all of the different classes I have taken so far! Very interesting and a wide variety to choose from.

5 College Junior

Academics: The education program at UNA is one of the best around! I am so glad to be a part of this program.

5 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: I love to go out to eat with my friends after a long day of classes! Locally owned restaurants are located just minutes from UNA and offer all types of food including fresh sushi, homemade pizza, Italian food, Greek food, and so much more.

4 College Junior

Campus Housing: I do not live on campus so I do not know very much about it, but all of the times I have been to a dorm, they were very clean and roomy.

3 College Junior

Nightlife: I would say that the party scene is mostly between fraternities and sororities. I am not in a sorority so I do not participate very much in the nightlife.

4 College Junior

Diversity: UNA is for the most part very accepting of a variety of people. They have recogized that each and every person is special in his or her own way.

5 College Senior

Facilities: One of the best things about our school is the education department on campus. We are known for having high standards including our grading scale. For most schools a 90 and above is an A but at UNA it is 93 and above.

5 College Senior

Facilities: Life on campus is wonderful ! The best days is getting to get a great book and lay out on the campus yard and look at the beautiful trees that grow.

5 College Senior

Athletics: Football games on campus are always important! People come from everywhere to be at a game. At games, people will be covered in purple and gold, including their faces. Our mascots Leo and Una will be there pepping everyone up !!!!

College Senior

Campus Housing: I live off campus, but I have visited them and I found them nice. Students have plenty of space and they are close to classes.

5 College Senior

Local Atmosphere: Florence has tons of events going on. We have first Fridays, which takes place the first Friday of every month. Downtown is closed for music and events. We have plenty of museums, such as the W.C. Handy museum. There is also several parks and restaurants for people to enjoy.

3 College Senior

Scholarships: With college tuition prices going up, financial aid cost is not paying for the full amount as it used too.

5 College Senior

Diversity: We have students from all over the world come to UNA and we have several clubs supporting all types of religion, sexual orientation, and race. Some include the Atheist group, the Gay and Lesbian Society, and the Chinese club

4 College Senior

Academics: We have tons of academics necessary for any major. Sometimes our classes fill up fast, but thanks to our professors, it is usually easy to get placed in them. We also have fun electives including fly fishing, gym, and volleyball.

5 College Senior

Academics: Being in the education department, can be extreme busy, but this comes with any major. My favorite part about it though is getting to go into schools and working one on one with amazing kids.

4 College Senior

Majors: It is wonderful! I love observing and working with kids
