Academic Experience: The professors at the school are great as well. They really act like that they are there for you.

5 College Sophomore

Facilities: What I love about the facility is that it has so many options for you to study whether you need to use a computer in the computer labs or just study in a book.

4 College Junior

Online Courses: At the UNM Valencia campus we have great online classes. These classes allows student to work around their schedule and still get the same education they would in a regular class. Although they are online classes the instructor makes sure that the students are participating in class discussions and learning the material. Along with assignments, quizzes, and tests; students learn that they much set a decent amount of time aside to study and complete their assignments.

4 College Sophomore

Facilities: The social scene is good people in general are nice and the smoker spot is great. I am a smoker and there are two places on the campus to smoke.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: There is a guym and they have many physical activities. They also have a place called "S.T.E.M." They help with math and physics. It's great. There is always something going on!

3 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: They have plenty of computers and printers but the internet isn't that great. It can be pretty slow at times.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: This is the second collage I have been in and the best so far. Most of the the teachers are great. They are happy doing their job and treat students with respect. They also push us to do more and become smarter than we thought we could be. The teachers are more than happy to do everything they can to help students succeed. The first collage I went to was easy, to easy. Valencia teachers have taught me to look at things in a different light and express my self in different ways.

College Freshman

Online Courses: I have not personally taken an online course as of yet, but many students have had a pleasant experience with them.

4 College Freshman

Academic Experience: I plan on majoring in Nursing, but as of now I am majoring in General Science. The workload is very manageable.

4 College Freshman

Academic Experience: You hear a lot of headaches during class registration time during most college experiences, but at UNM-VC, it is always smooth sailing. Any snag is quickly fixed.

4 College Freshman

Campus Resources: Prior to the semester starting, I bought a new computer only for my own convenience. During new student orientation, you find that there are many resources on campus at the student's fingertips. If you cannot of afford a computer and/or internet, computer labs are available through the day with later library hours. Computers run great and there are rare moments of unreliability which is great.
