Scholarships: My experience is that if a problem occurs, I can call the financial aid office and ask for assistance. When speaking with someone from the office, they are very courteous and helpful.

Scholarships: Not too bad. The financial aid office is very helpful and willing to answer any questions, but being a big school sometimes it is hard to receive all the help you need.
