3 College Freshman

Transportation: Good, but not the best

4 Recent Alumnus

Transportation: The shuttle service and Campus Escort have been great for the most part.

5 College Junior

Transportation: The campus shuttle an extremely easy way to travel across campus. Students use it all of the time because it is free, goes to the most popular places on campus, and it runs very frequently. Another very convenient option is the Campus Escort system, where you call for a ride and they will drop you off within a 2 mile radius of campus. This option makes it easy and safe to travel at night, especially if you are alone and don't feel comfortable walking alone.

3 Recent Alumnus

Transportation: The campus shuttle is free and runs all day, and campus escort will drive you anywhere within 2 miles of campus after dark until 1 am--all you have to do is call them and it's free. There's a bus that goes around downtown that only costs a quarter too. Any farther away and you need a car, because the Reno public transportation system is not that great.

2 College Freshman

Transportation: the campus shuttle has a bad habit of bunching up and taking a very long time getting anywhere on the relatively small campus and there aren't enough shuttles running on the busy times of day, often times you have to wait through two shuttle arrivals to find one that has room.
