Like any financial aid, the faster you complete your FASFA, the higher your chances are of receiving financial aid. Make sure to fill out the survey they give you as well.
Can't really rate it because I'm still trying to get financial aid, but I am really frustrated. I am no longer working, but because of my previous income and the fact that I am married, I only qualify for federal loans. I have applied for scholarships at the university, but no one can seem to tell me if I will be awarded any and when I should find out. Pretty frustrating
Some of the questions and the qualifications don't make sense.
A lot of the financial aid that you might quality for is first come first serve policy
They do a great job, the best they can at least. It could be better, but since financial aid is so important, they tend to get backed up pretty fast with the students that don't try to do anything for themselves and leave ten voice mails a day. Apply early and you will be fine.
