Off-Campus Housing: Most of the landlords are fairly laid back, they understand that it is a college town and things sometimes happen.

Off-Campus Housing: There are a lot of off campus houses, it's just hard to find them and get parking.

Off-Campus Housing: There are a lot of different housing options off campus; however, the school does not help student find their own places off campus.

Off-Campus Housing: There are a lot of places for rent within walking distance from campus and they can be pretty cheap. Some are better than others, and you have to look out for places that have reputations for lots of partying but there are some nice options. I lived in student apartments and houses for rent, both nice.
