3 College Junior

Parking: Parking is not great but you will always find a spot. You just may not have an ideal walk to class. However you don't have to worry about finding a spot due to the big parking lots available to students who drive to class.

4 College Junior

Computers: The computers are great here and they provide you everything you would need to be a successful student. There would be no reason for a student not to have everything he or she would need for classes, projects, and essays.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Great experience here and I would suggest this school to everyone I talk to. The teachers are amazing so far and they love their job. They want to help students make better lives for themselves and get great job opportunities after high school.

4 College Junior

Local Atmosphere: Love the town and the college atmosphere here. Has great location and the college students have many job opportunities in the town with businesses. The school does a great job of helping students find jobs in town and everyone is very helpful in the school system and in the town.

4 College Junior

Majors: I love the criminal justice program here and would do it over and over again. I have been too a few different school before ending up here and this has been by far my favorite program and favorite school. The program really allows us to get a good idea about the future jobs we will see.

3 College Junior

Majors: I plan to have an internship and I have heard two different things about internships. Some pay well and take care of you and others make you pay for your internship and make it difficult for you to stay afloat financially. I want to do an internship to help me with my future jobs.

3 College Junior

Campus Housing: I haven't used the campus housing so I cant judge it very well but based on what I have seen and what I have heard the housing seems to be reasonable and affordable for all college students on campus.

3 College Junior

Drug Safety: You don't hear of bad stories of rape or violence due to drugs here like you do in the bigger colleges which makes it nice to go out with friends and drink because everyone has a good time. No one worries about fights breaking out or guys attacking girls. Everyone seems to get along pretty well.

4 College Junior

Scholarships: I received the aid I needed for the semester and some and it was a huge help for my first semester. The only problem I had was that for as little money as I make each year and considering I'm paying my way for school with no help from parents I thought I would apply for a grant rather than a loan.

4 College Junior

Athletics: The facilities are very nice and there are plenty for all students to utilize. Nearly everyone uses the athletic facilities and many of the international students use the facilities as well. The college athletes here also are very friendly and make going to athletic facilities a fun experience.

4 College Junior

Nightlife: I don't go out very much but the parties I have been to are usually very fun and safe which is crazy because that is usually not the case. Students have fun and are respectable to others and their property. Very rarely to you hear of a party with a fight or something bad happening.

4 College Junior

Greek Life: I never got into Greek life but my girlfriend is in and she absolutely loves it. I have nothing but good things to say about the Greek life on campus. Both Fraternities and Sororities behave very well with each other and get along great. There are nearly no incidents between the two and if their are they get resolved very shortly.

4 College Junior

Campus Strictness: The university is very strict with the parking due to the amount of people who drive to class every day. They do a great job of keeping everyone on campus safe and students walk all over campus with very little worry about anything bad happening to them. They are strict with who comes to campus and what kind of activities take place on campus in order to protect the students and faculty. Many of the teachers are strict in upholding students to their up most potential and do their best to prevent them from wasting their money and time.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: it's ok, however on the weekends there is always a loud party going on no matter what day or night.

3 College Freshman

Scholarships: I believe it could be better then it currently is, i believe the department should focus on getting more attention to the students on what is out there

3 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: Lots of different activities around the town depending on what you want to do. Many small town rural kids growing up.

3 College Freshman

Weather: It is extremely windy 99% of the time due to the location of the school

2 College Freshman

Drug Safety: Drugs on campus and off campus are big deal and they need to be more strict on the punishments involved and need to stop the drug trend from growing

4 College Freshman

Majors: Keareny has a wide variety of majors that most schools it's size do not

4 College Freshman

Majors: Friendly staff, friendly advisers, and friendly clubs.

3 College Freshman

Nightlife: it's ok besides the life of the party not much of anything else to do. Parties are a huge part of Kearney

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: There are many different places to go eat around the town and Kearney has really nice places that you wouldn't usually find at a small town

3 College Freshman

Campus Housing: It's ok i lived on campus for year, but it is very expensive and much more cost efficient living off campus

4 College Freshman

Guys & Girls: The girls "looks" vary around campus there are many great looking girls but many not so great looking girls as well

5 College Freshman

Greek Life: I am a member of greek life on campus and i love it I get to be involved not only with the community but with students like myself as well.
