Interviews & Information Sessions
Set up an individual visit through the Office of Admission by e-mailing admission@mountunion.edu, completing an online form at www.mountunion.edu/forms/campus_visit_form.aspx, or calling (800) 334-6682 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Contact the Admissions Office at least four days prior to your visit. Or, plan to attend one of the Saturday morning group information sessions and tours offered throughout the year.
Campus Tours
Individual tours are available by appointment through the Office of Admission. Group tours are given on Saturday mornings several times a year. Reservations should be made in advance.
Overnight Visits
The Office of Admission invites high school seniors to stay overnight after they have been accepted to the University.

  • A typical campus visit involves a tour and a meeting with an admissions representative. Visiting students also have the option of sitting in on a class, meeting a coach or professor, and having a meal in the dining hall.
  • Mount Union has been listed as one of the top liberal arts colleges in the Midwest for the past 14 years.
  • Mount Union's motto, "Sit Lux," means "Let there be light" in Latin.
  • The name Mount Union College dates back to 1858. In 2009, the Board of Trustees made the decision to change the name of the institution to the University of Mount Union.
