Mizzou offers many computer labs; they are located in various buildings throughout campus as well as Ellis Library. They are usually not very crowded, but there are a lot more students visiting the computer labs during finals week. Most students, however, have their own laptops.
Tech support can be very helpful when the issue is not big, but if it is a big issue, don't expect some kind of miracle. If you have a Mac, take it to the Apple store; you will have better luck with getting things fixed. The Internet connection is not very reliable. It is getting much better with the additions and updates, but there are days when students will not be able to get on the Internet for hours. This doesn't seem like a big deal until you check your email and notice that there are multiple important emails from teachers/advisers and clubs.
