Transfer Student & Adult Learner's Discover UMKC will provide you with access to academic representatives, campus resources, current UMKC students, and presentations for how you can prepare to apply to UMKC. You will also have the opportunity for a major consultation to ask questions about your academic path. Are you a Transfer Student or Adult Learner? Transfer Students are students who have graduated high school and taken, or attempted, college-level courses after high school. Students who have only taken college classes through dual enrollment while in high school are not considered transfer students. Adult Learners typically are students who are 25+ years of age or are 21+ years of age and have been out of school for more than 2 years. If you are not a Transfer Student or Adult Learners we ask that you register for another Discover UMKC.

Experience the newest augmented and virtual reality tech. Learn 3D design and software in the AVR Lab. Prototype your own 3D modeled parts and print realistic, production-quality models. Utilize full-color and texture capabilities. Experiment with metal, polymer, elastomer, and thermoplastic printers. Build prototypes in our shop. Shop includes CNC machines, mills, routers, lathes, and more.
