Off-Campus Housing: Cheaper to live at home

5 College Senior

Overall Experience: There friendly, nice, understanding, etc.

5 College Senior

Overall Experience: There's an office designed to help connect with alumni, find jobs after graduating, recruitment fairs at least twice a year, and much more you just have to put in the time and effort to find what you need. All the resources are there

3 College Senior

Campus Strictness: We're adults in college so the policy is act like an adult and you'll be treated like one.

College Senior

Greek Life: Don't think UMB has a " greek life" but there might be a greek club

College Senior

Nightlife: I don't live in the city therefore I do not party in the city. From what I've heard its expensive and most bars close around 1am

3 College Senior

Campus Dining: Pretty expensive when you buy a complete meal for breakfast and lunch every day, especially when the campus is predominately a commuter school the cost of food on campus can easily add up to $25-40 a week. Besides the cost, there are plenty of options and the food taste good

College Senior

Campus Housing: There are no dorms. UMB is a commuter campus but Boston is the best place to live in

3 College Senior

Scholarships: Apply for the FASA asap because funds are depleted quickly.

If there is an error in your financial aid package make it a priority to have it corrected

Majors: Very simple. All I had to do was apply explaining why I wanted to be in the program and submit my transcript which had to be above a 2.5. Within 2 weeks I received an acceptance letter. The process was easy, simple, and not stressful

Majors: The Exercise and Health's sciences program at UMB is terrific. The professors are awesome. They genuinely care about each students success in and out of the classroom. They take the time to know each of the students in the classroom and are always available for extra help in addition to office hours. I am extremely pleased with my program and my peers feel the same way.
