4 College Junior

Academics: Academic advisors aren't great, but the professors and TA's are amazing. Totally open and inviting, very helpful with job/internship/resume/and course work. the nursing program follows a pretty strict course and clinical path so there is not much flexibility in courses.

Academics: University of Maryland - Baltimore has excellent academics. I have been thoroughly impressed with the nursing program. The professors are open and welcoming, giving great advise when asked. They are more than willing to take the extra time to sit down with you and work with you to make you a more effective student. In addition the Student Success Center saves my life! Their resources are incredible.

Academics: I'm in the traditional BSN program at UMB. I very much like it. The teachers are excellent and even though the workload is heavy there are multiple adjunct provided by the school to help. There are tutors, open labs, and study groups of which I attend open lab and study groups. This has helped me to grasp the material and get good grades on my validations. There are multiple internship/jobs for students after the first year/semester such as peer tutoring and student nurse jobs at the hospital across the street.
