4 College Senior

Majors: I was required to write an essay. That was annoying.

4 College Senior

Majors: I enjoy my program, it is very tough though. I wish there wouldn't be online classes

3 College Senior

Greek Life: I think it is silly to be part of a community, it should not matter.

5 College Senior

Diversity: This is the DC area

4 College Junior

Local Atmosphere: so many local things to do, from sports, museums, and bars

3 College Junior

Scholarships: they are helpful and I received aid and a scholarship

Local Atmosphere: Its Baltimore city so there are plenty of restaurants and bars, plus the orioles and ravens stadiums are near the campus. Plenty of things to do in the city when you have time and while public transportation isnt the best, it works. Being Baltimore, safety can be an issue as there are definitely some areas you would not want to go into.

4 College Junior

Scholarships: It can take somewhat of a long time and there was some confusing about scholarship dates but the individuals in the financial aid office were very patience with me explaining all of the requirements.

3 College Junior

Diversity: There's some diversity, but mostly everyone is in the same boat. The age range varies the most and the nursing program is mostly women which is to be expected right now. The program is fairly expensive so economically everyone is similar. Religion can vary a bit but it doesnt come up that much and we try to stay away from politics.

4 College Junior

Campus Housing: I'm staying in the Fayette Tower Housing so the amenities are nice and updated. Nice people and good security. Fairly close to class.

4 College Junior

Guys & Girls: Social life can be a bit dull, but I'm in a master's nursing program so we're constantly studying. Most everyone is very friendly ad helpful.

3 College Junior

Guys & Girls: Everyone is very nice, but there are way more girls than guys. Nursing school is great for a guy to meet a girl, but not a girl to meet a guy.

3 College Junior

Local Atmosphere: The school itself is very clean and some surrounding parts of the city are as well, but there are some dangerous sections. I am not a city person myself, so I would not want to live near the school no matter what conditions there are.

Transportation: Baltimore does not have the best transportation systems and they take a long time. Therefore it is just easier to drive myself and/or commute with friends.

2 College Junior

Parking: The cost of parking is insane, but it is better than paying the same price farther away.

3 College Junior

Weather: Being in the city, bad weather conditions makes the traffic bad, but the parking garages help with traveling by foot during bad weather.

4 College Junior

Athletics: Maryland is very well known sports school, although the nursing program specifically is not centered around sports.

4 College Junior

Academics: This nursing school is highly respected and the program itself is very thorough. I am very happy to be going to this school.

4 College Junior

Academics: We are the first class to try a new curriculum, and so far is seems positive. Although, the registration process is very unorganized and difficult to navigate through. That being said, there are many scheduling options, which helps by day-to-day out a lot. I enjoy the professors.

3 College Junior

Health & Safety: Because I do not live on campus, it is difficult to rate this question, but I have not heard of any rape crimes.

3 College Junior

Drug Safety: Again, I do not live on campus, but I would assume drugs and alcohol are not that big of an issue since dorms are extremely limited and therefore their on-campus student living is minimal.

3 College Junior

Campus Strictness: I'm not completely sure how to rate this as I do not live on campus, but from what I have heard, it is average.

3 College Junior

Greek Life: I am very unfamiliar with the Greek life, but I have not heard anything negative about it.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: I have not completed my degree yet, but so far, things seem to be very unorganized.

3 College Junior

Diversity: Nursing as a whole is dominated by females. In this respect, it is not the school's fault that the student population is dominated by women, but it would be nice to have more gender diversity.
