College Sophomore

Scholarships: Well, I didn't apply for financial aid, so I don't think I can answer this either.

3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: There are a few good scholarships but you can only get one from the university at a time so even if you received multiple offers you can only accept one.

Scholarships: The financial aid process was quite the hassle to obtain while I was enrolled at UMBC. Granted that I transfered in the middle of the school year during the spring semester. However, there was unnecessary work that had to be put into this. I had to make multiple calls and emails in order to obtain my finanical aid. The second semester there was alright but it could have been better. They did not give me my financial aid until classes almost started; I wanted to get my books early (before classes started). Also, I am only able to get $600 for my books. This is a problem when I am a pre medical student an my book expenses amount to almost as much as the classes themselves!

4 College Freshman

Scholarships: I received financial aid and a scholarship, and it went pretty well other than the fact that I had no idea what I was doing.

College Sophomore

Scholarships: I did not apply for financial aid, so I feel like I can not accurately represent it.
