Advice on Finding a Job/Internship
The James Stuckert Career Center completed in 2001, offers career fairs, counseling, and testing. Many majors have very high job placement rates and the counselors at the center are very helpful in locating internships for students, as well as jobs for graduates. Make an appointment with counselors, use the video-conferencing and take complete advantage of the career center. This center can help find work as an undergraduate to make some extra money, as well as help in finding internships. Most of UK's colleges have career placement services and some majors have a 100% job placement rate.
