5 College Senior

Diversity: There is so much diversity on campus including but not limited to socioeconomic status, religion, race, ethnicity, occupation, and sexual orientation. This campus facilitates a place to learn and explore the differences life has to offer.

4 College Senior

Diversity: The University of Indianapolis has a very diver student population. There are many international students on campus and in the classes. Challenges with this would be the language barrier. It is hard to always understand and work with some of the international students but it makes other students learn in ways that they might have never got the chance to learn in if they attended a different University.

4 College Freshman

Diversity: Most people in my group of friends are all alike

4 College Sophomore

Diversity: There are more than 50 different countries represented on campus, so UIndy is very culturally diverse. We support all types of diversity, such as sexual orientation, religion, political beliefs and economic status. There are several resources and groups for people for all these. The university does well to embrace all types of diversity and even has a Diversity Task Force to make sure diversity is embraced.

4 College Junior

Diversity: I feel like this university is very open to all races and backgrounds. There are also a ton of education opportunities and chances to learn about different things happening on campus. For example every year there are diversity series lectures that students have the opportunity to attend as well as many other types of lectures and on campus activities. When it comes to religion and sexual orientation there are various opportunities for students to get involved in those groups as well as various clubs. Overall when it comes to diversity on campus this University does a surprisingly well job to get information and having various activities, clubs and events open to the students on campus.
