Campus Strictness: The most policed thing on campus is by far parking, you may get away with it for half of a semester...but at some point in time if you're parked in an area that you shouldn't be in or especially without a parking decal you will get caught. This increases exponentially during sporting events or concerts. Following parking would be underage drinking and public intoxication during tailgate before football games. It's just as possible to make it through 4-6 hours of tailgating without getting caught if you're underage as it is to get caught, the key is not to be obnoxious or bring attention to yourself, which sounds simple but plenty of freshmen struggle with it. Also you can smuggle booze into Bright House for games if you're discreet, however if you get caught....there will be hell to pay.

Campus Strictness: For the amount of students at this school and the amount of ground to cover, the campus strictness is fairly decent. However, it seems easy for many students to get away with things.

Whatever you are trying to get away with on campus-don't even think about it. UCF is a zero-tolerance campus, and that means no alcohol and no drugs. Using a fake ID on campus isn't a good idea (if you're caught with one you can get expelled). Being that Orlando is a huge tourist haven, one of the cities' main priorities is maintaining a comfortable atmosphere for the tourists (and everyone else, for that matter). Therefore, even minor transgressions are taken seriously. In other words, watch what you do.

There seems to be an abundance of police on the UCF campus just waiting to catch their next victim. Use caution and be smart and you should be okay. Be sure to follow the speed limit on campus, and always have an up-to-date permit showing on your car. Be afraid, be very afraid.
